This year marks the 20th consecutive year firefighters have laid down their hoses to put the kids first, cycling, running, hiking and much more for Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation.

Their support goes to the Burns Unit at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, and this year they raised $207,468, taking Beat The Burn’s fundraising total to $1.65million.

These funds will support groundbreaking research and purchase life-saving equipment, ensuring young burns survivors have access to the latest treatments for pain and scar management. More importantly, the funds provide crucial support to families during incredibly tough times.

A heartfelt thank you to the participants and donors who made this possible. You’ve truly made a difference!
