Hole to Hole for Eleanore
This event is in memory of my beautiful daughter, Eleanore.
At just two years old, Eleanore was diagnosed with a Posterior Fossa Ependymoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumour. Over three years, she endured 7 brain surgeries, 31 rounds of radiation, 3 months of chemotherapy, and spent 27 days in ICU and 54 days in hospital.
Despite every challenge, she faced it all with incredible strength, courage, and love. Eleanore spent her final weeks at Bear Cottage, surrounded by compassion and care. She passed away peacefully — forever five, forever loved.
To honour her life and support the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation and Bear Cottage, we’re hosting the Hole to Hole for Eleanore event with the amazing support of Snowy Hydro and Future Generation JV.
