Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions - A Night at the Barracks 2022

1- The promoter is Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation whose registered address is Locked Bag 9002, Westmead, NSW, 2145, Australia.

2- The competition is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no donation necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram only.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7- Closing date for entry will be 11:59PM (AEDT) Thursday 3rd February, 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

  • Entrant must follow Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation on Instagram @schf.kids
  • Entrant must tag one other person in the competition post
  • The person the entrant tags must also follow Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation on Instagram @schf.kids

 10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prize per winner is as follows:

  • 1 x FAMILY PASS (2 x adults, 2 x children) to Night At The Barracks concert series (RRP $299)

The entrant can use the Family Pass to purchase tickets for a Night At The Barracks concert of their choice, subject to availability.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

13- 3 x winners will be chosen at random by software, from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter on Friday 4th February 2022.

14- The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram on Friday 4th February, 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

15- The promoter will require the winners’ email addresses so that the tickets can be issued electronically.

16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18- The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

19- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation and Night At The Barracks and not to any other party.
