Kicking Goals for Sick Kids 2024 - 24hr Soccer Marathon
Join us as we lace up our boots for the Kicking Goals for Sick Kids – 24hr Soccer Marathon, supporting the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation! This year, we’re coming together to raise vital funds for the Heart Centre, Oncology, and Neurology departments at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation is at the heart of Australia’s leading paediatric health services, ensuring a safe and caring environment for children from across NSW and beyond. Every dollar we raise helps keep our hospitals at the forefront of world-class healthcare, providing essential care and support to those who need it most.
We’re thrilled to be participating in the 10th annual event, and what better way to do it than by playing a 24-hour continuous game of soccer/futsal! Taking place at the Wanderers 5s facility in Rooty Hill, this event brings together over 500 players of all ages and skill levels, from 5-year-olds to adults over 55.
This year, the event is aiming to raise over $200,000, which will directly benefit the Heart Centre, Oncology, and Neurology departments at Westmead. What makes this event truly special is that 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation.
