We were delighted to recently welcome Sophie Smith OAM (Founder) and Gary Trenaman (CEO) of Running for Premature Babies (RFPB) to the Grace Centre for Newborn Intensive Care at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. They met with Professor Nadia Badawi and Lauren Kara-George (SCHF), who gratefully received their donation which will fund a Giraffe Omnibed that will support some of NSW’s sickest and tiniest babies as they spend time in the Grace Unit.

Five hundred supporters of Running for Premature Babies came together for City2Surf 2023 with the goal to raise as much as possible for neonatal equipment. The donation to the Grace Centre is the first donation from RFPB and we are excited to build a long partnership with them.

We are so grateful to Running for Premature Babies for this life saving gift which will enable us to provide the very best care for our tiny patients.”

Thank you, Running for Premature Babies.
