Erica Nelson is a registered psychologist with deep expertise in organisational development, leadership and culture across the private, government and not-for-profit sectors.
Having started her career supporting disadvantaged adults into sustainable employment, she moved to the UK where she trained foster carers looking after children with disabilities.
On her return to Australia, she spent eight years in consulting, specialising in leadership, culture, strategy and change.
Prior to joining SCHF, Erica led organisational development in the finance sector, driving strategies in leadership, talent, transformation, innovation, and diversity and inclusion.
She brings a unique mix of qualifications in psychology, change management, innovation and social impact to help build strong, values-driven leadership across the Foundation.
