Sefton Classic Fundraiser to raise funds for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation!

It is that time of year again to raise much needed funds for the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation & Genetic disease research. 
For those of you that don't know our story our son Koby was diagnosed with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) at just 5 days old.
SMA is a rare genetic condition that affect the motor neuron’s that send messages from the brain and spinal cord that control muscle movement.
SMA can affect a child's ability to crawl, walk, sit up, and control head movements. Severe SMA can damage the muscles used for breathing and swallowing.
Koby was so incredibly lucky to be accepted into The Rainbowfish trial for presymptomatic SMA babies.
Koby is thriving and flourishing because of this medication. The care he receives from the team at the hospital is outstanding. 

We are holding a charity day to raise money for the hospital, specifically for the research team who research and work on treatments, trials for a variety of genetic diseases affecting children. Making an incredible difference to so many children's and their family's lives. 
On July 14th, 2024 the day will start with the East Hills Hotel Social Golf Club Sefton Classic. $100 a ticket which includes green fees, brekkie and refreshments at the course. Please contact Jack on 0433 047 976 to secure your spot as there are limited tickets for golf. 
We then welcome you and your families to join us at East Hills Hotel for an afternoon of Raffles, Kids entertainment, and Live music.
We look forward to you all joining us to support the research into SMA so that one day they could potentially find a cure for SMA!
