I'm raising funds for Bear Cottage!

Bangor Football Club Inc have incredibly organised this event to raise money and awareness for Bear Cottage in memory of our beautiful daughter Lila, who devastatingly passed away from cancer in December, at age 3.
Bear Cottage is the only dedicated children’s hospice in NSW and is part of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. It is a charity that relies heavily on community support and donations. There were 371 admissions to Bear Cottage in the last twelve months for respite or end of life care. Behind the numbers are real children, real families and real stories. Lila is one of those children. We are one of those families.
It costs $4 million each year to keep their doors open. While they receive some government funding, over half of their funding comes from the generosity of the community. They rely on fundraising events our Trivia night and on a community like Bangor Brumbies FC to ensure families continue to receive the dignity and care they deserve when they need it most.
Get your team together and join us for a fun evening of trivia! Theme to dress up is WORLD CUP! There will be silent auctions, raffles and more!!
