Payments
Your payments are securely processed by our payment gateway on behalf of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (ACN 003 073 185). By setting up your recurring donation, you have authorised these debits.
If your donation is processed via Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 66 160 180 34), please refer to the Stripe BECS Direct Debit Request Service Agreement BECS Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
If your donation is processed via Ezidebit Pty Ltd ACN 096 902 813 (Direct Debit User ID number 165969, 303909, 301203, 234040, 234072, 428198), please refer to the Ezidebit Terms and Conditions.
If a payment ever fails — for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card — we’ll automatically try again within a few days. If the issue continues, our team will be in touch to help you update your details.
