Being sick is no fun, especially for months on end. Surroundings can make an amazing difference to a kid's recovery. By renovating and refurbishing wards to improve facilities we can create a positive environment to aid the healing process. Did you know… Thanks to the community, we funded 4 major ward refurbishments last year.
Fellows are brilliant young doctors who are trained by our senior doctors to become the specialists of the future. By helping to fund the Fellowship Program, you’re investing in the health of your children's children! Did you know…It costs over $100,000 to fund a Fellow each year. Last year, 21 Fellows were funded by the community.
Our doctors are single-minded in their quest for a future without childhood diseases. Money raised by our supporters directly funds research programs. Simply put: No funds, no research, no future. Did you know…Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, last year we were able to award education grants to train 5 nurses.
